Read: 1. GO. NO. CI 167 SPI 2001 dt. 30.6.2001

In the Government Order referred to above the following modification are deemed to have been incorporated from the date of issue of the said Government Order:

  1. In Para 4.5 of Annexure A of the Government Order the phrase "which manufacture items reserved for Small Scale Sector by Government of India from time to time" is treated as deleted.
  2. In Sub Para 'A' of Para 4.5 the phrase "75% of the items reserved for the Small Scale Sector" is replaced by the phrase "75" of the items manufactured by the Small Scale Sector".

This issues with concurrence of Finance Department vide U.O.Note No. FD 493 EXP-1 2002 dated 11.3.2002.
