NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Clause (vi) of clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947), the government of Karnataka being satisfied that Public Interest so requires, hereby declares that (1) The Information Technology/Software Services, (2) Readymade Garment Industries, (3) Electronics and Telecommunication Industry, (4) Automobile, and Auto Components Manufacturing Industries (set up in Auto Parks), (5) Bio Technology Industry, (6) Agro Food Processing Industries (set up in Agro/Food Parks) and (7) Export Oriented Industries to be Public Utility Services for the purpose of the said Act for a further period of six months from 30-05-2002.
